Midway between Alton and Bentley on the A31, is the junction for Upper Froyle.
The dual carriageway narrows to single carriageway both eastbound and westbound.
Look for a filling station and a Pub (The Hen and Chicken).

If you are travelling from Alton towards Farnham.
Turn left off the dual carriageway, immediately bear hard left (before the entrance to the Filling Station),
and follow the road round the corner into a “No Through Road” running parallel to the dual carriageway
back towards the direction of Alton.
Do NOT follow the road to the right, in front of the garage and the pub.

If you are travelling from Farnham towards Alton.
Turn right crossing the dual carriageway, then turn sharp left at the junction in front of the pub
and the garage. Proceed straight on into a “No Through Road” running parallel to the
dual carriageway in the direction of Alton.
BEWARE OF TRAFFIC LEAVING THE DUAL CARRIAGE WAY AT SPEED – YOU DO NOT HAVE RIGHT OF WAY!

The "No Through Road" runs parallel with the dual carriageway – DO NOT proceed up
the hill past the pub into Froyle. If you loose sight of the Dual carriageway – You’ve gone wrong!

Continue down this "No Through Road" and under the overhanging trees, for approx 100 meters.
You will see a long conifer hedge on the right, in the middle of this hedge, directly opposite
a fluorescent bollard,  is a large double-gated entrance with two large brick gateposts.



This is the entrance to our Workshop and Car park.
If you wish to come to the office, continue past this entrance,
we are the first cottage on the right, with a small gate showing our address of "1 Mill Court Cottage"
on a wooden plaque, leading to the front door clearly marked with the SVP logo.

inconvenience our neighbours by knocking on their doors asking for directions
and do not continue up the private drive to West End Farm.
